The Week of Gators, Ants and Birds

Actually, it's the week of Uncle Gator (aka Wynton, Aden's brother), Aunt Wendy (Susan's oldest sister) and lorikeets. It's been a busy several days.

Wynton spent the night before flying off to the Bay Area with Aden. He's a high school sophomore touring colleges as part of his application process. Buggy had a lot of fun with his Uncle Gator. (Can ya tell that Aden nicknames everyone?)

Wendy visited from Brussels (see previous post; Michael and Ryan are her sons) before proceeding to her San Diego conference. By the end of her stay, Wendy could get Buggy laughing just by looking at him.

Most recently, Aaron met some very friendly lorikeets at the Long Beach Aquarium. At first, one flew on him and he frantically shook it off (left photo below). Moments later, Buggy warmed up and tried (unsuccessfully) to coax more onto him.
