Begin with the End in Mind

The one parenting tip that continually haunts me is, "begin with the end in mind." It means not starting or enabling a behavior unless you're willing to let it become a habit.

I had always let Aaron play with my purse. Now that he's mastered the zipper, he will freely take my purse and rummage through it.

I'm wondering if he's pooped out the coin that he ate in this photo.

Be very careful, everytime when I paid Buggy a visit, I always made sure that I did not have any change (coins) in my pocket. Because I did NOT want to drop even one in his area when I play with him .....................
