Post-Halloween Recovery

9:00 am - Aaron goes through his Halloween loot from the night before and finds *magically* only pretzels and granola bars. He likes the pretzels so much that he does a pretzel dance (shown here).

10:00 am - Our Halloween stuff goes back into storage. Procrastination pays off. I never got around to putting up our ghost lights and now I won't have to -- until next year anyway.

3:00 pm - I realize the following text message from my neighbor has been sitting unread in my cell phone since 8:51 am:

Ur pumpkin is done for.
Check the patio.

4:00 pm - Upon returning home, our rotting pumpkin gets thrown away.

(Jodi and Stephan: thanks, I had no idea since I haven't used our front door!)

Pumpkin is a good crime deterrent. Well...at least for fresh pumpkin snatchers.
Do your dance Aaron. Do it for all the pretzels.
