Escaping the Rain at the Natural History Museum

We intended to go to the L.A. Zoo today, but it rained so we went to the Natural History Museum instead.

The museum ended up being much better than the zoo. The animals are guaranteed to show up and Buggy doesn't care that they're mostly fake or skeletons.



Buggy hissed like the real snake shown here.







Buggy's favorite was the Giant Whipscorpion. He was fascinated by its industrious digging.



He shook hands with the bear whenever we passed it.




We had to drag him off this turtle statue.













Buggy didn't want to leave the museum, but quickly recovered once he was outside. No more rain! (Yes, that's a happy face.)
