He has only 7 reward stickers and he knows he needs 7 more (which will take another week) to redeem them for a Lego box. He's insisted on carrying around the box all day, but hasn't opened it yet...

Delayed Gratification
It's a skill that I've wanted Aaron to master ever since I read Jonathan Clements' column which explains, "The self-control needed to delay gratification is associated not only with good saving habits, but also with things like succeeding in school and coping better with frustration and stress." Makes a lot of sense.

Looks like Aaron is doing much better at delayed gratification than me. I don't know that I'll ever master that!
