The Wait is Over

Aaron finally got to open his Lego box as reward for earning 14 stickers. Because Aden has a soft spot, he had Aaron complete his duties in the morning so that Aaron could earn his 14th sticker early (instead of at the end of night) and enjoy his new Legos the whole day.

We usually review Aaron's accomplishments before giving his reward:

Did you brush your teeth?
Aaron: Yes.

Did you eat your vitamins?
Aaron: Yes.

Did you eat dinner without TV?
Aaron: Yes!

Did you clean up?
Aaron: Yes!

Did you listen to Mommy and Daddy?
Aaron: Yess!

Did you listen to your teachers?
Aaron: *nervous laughter*

Almost?
Aaron: Almost.

Good enough!

(Aaron’s reward is the middle Lego below.)
